Plot Synopsis
The film takes place in a fictional country named Warnerstock in a small town of Acme Falls, where all the Animaniacs characters live in happiness, until King Sir William the Good and his queen passed away. Soon, Salazar and the fictional kingdom of Ticktockia took control of Warnerstock. Disappointed about having little money in his vault, Salazar (who's now the king of Warnerstock), hired Plotz and Ralph to have the townspeople pay more taxes, which cause them to go down the poverty line.
